- Step 1: First 360 feedback survey – measure your starting point
- Step 2: Pre-work information and self-assessment. Setting your aspirational goals
- Step 3: individual action planning tool used for monthly coaching sessions
- Step 4: Assessment tasks are contextualised to your workplace
- Step 5: The results of the survey are incorporated within the assessment tasks
- Step 6: There are six individual coaching sessions with ACWE’s dedicated coachers are scheduled throughout the program.
- Step 7: The coaching agenda is guided by the individual actin plan to maximise the learning experiences and deliver optimal value to each participant.
