There are hundreds of providers. Here's how to make sure you're working with the best:

• What is the experience and currency of the facilitators delivering the qualification?
• Do they have a proven track record with key employers, and independent testimonials?
• Do facilitators have current knowledge of industry issues and compliance obligations?
• Is delivery flexible, with online access 24/7?
• Will they provide monthly progress reports on employees?
• Will they turn paperwork and forms around promptly?
