TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Enrolments/ Registration forms will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed form.
• All bookings must be supported with a company/organisation Purchase Order if required. The Purchase Order number must be filled out on the Enrolment/Registration Form. The Purchase Order must be sent to ACWE Pty Ltd, to verify that the authoriser has their company’s authorisation to accept ACWE Pty Ltd terms and conditions, with or following the Registration Form.
• Payment MUST be received at least 5 business days PRIOR to course commencement. (either full payment, or a minimum upfront fee).
• Following receipt of the fully completed enrolment/ Registration Form details, ACWE Pty Ltd will send a course confirmation letter to the attendee.
• ACWE Pty Ltd reserves the right to make an administrative charge against any refund to cover any costs associated with making the refund. Please refer to ACWE Pty Ltd website for full Refund Policy details.
• Package programs MUST be completed in their entirety once commenced.
• ACWE Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion, refund some or all course fees where it determines that there are extenuating or compassionate circumstances.
• In the case of an incorrect eligibility assessment is made and course fees have been received by ACWE Pty Ltd, a full refund will be issued.
• ACWE Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter course schedules and pricing without notice.
• All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Full qualification courses are GST exempt. Short courses ARE NOT GST exempt.
• ACWE Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal laws.
• ACWE Pty Ltd shall not be liable for changes in personal or business circumstances that prevent the student from attending/completing the course.
• In the event any payment is dishonoured for any reason, the Student/Employer shall be liable for any dishonour fees incurred by ACWE Pty Ltd.
• If there is a default of any invoice when due, the Student/Employer shall indemnify ACWE Pty Ltd from and against all costs and disbursements incurred by ACWE Pty Ltd in pursuing the debt including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis and ACWE Pty Ltd collection agency costs.
• In the event of any breach of this contract by ACWE Pty Ltd the remedies of the Student/Employer shall be limited to damages which under no circumstances shall exceed the Fee of the Course.
• ACWE Pty Ltd reserves the right should any attendee or person, unbecoming of conduct or disruptive to the orderly progress of the course may be asked to leave.
• The Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) works to ensure Australians can experience the wellbeing and economic benefits that quality education, skills and employment
• Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) registers training providers and accredit VET courses to ensure nationally approved standards are met.
• ACWE Pty Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control. Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

SECURE PAYMENTS

To ensure protection of your credit card details, credit card payments are processed using a secure, third-party payment gateway service. ACWE Pty Ltd does not host credit card details after processing.

COURSE CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND TRANSFER POLICIES

• ACWE Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient enrolments / Registration alter the date or change price of any course, without any penalty to ACWE Pty Ltd.
• Cancellations and transfers must be notified in writing and within 5 business days prior to course commencement (for a cancellation made after that period and before the commencement of a course, 50% of the course fee may be applied. Cancellations made following the commencement of a course may incur the full course fee.
• Course date transfers and participant changes after a commencement of the course attract a $250 administration fee.
