The Professional Diploma for Women in Leadership gives you the opportunity to develop your own leadership and management style — not someone else's template. You'll work through live virtual workshops with one-on-one coaching throughout, and an opportunity for an internship placement midway through the program.

You'll identify your core values through The Leadership Principle self-assessment and, where relevant, complete The Leadership Principle 360 Feedback survey — so your development is grounded in real data about how you lead today.

How it works

The program combines weekly live virtual classroom sessions with structured reading, practical assignments and scheduled coaching. An internship of 1–2 days per week can be introduced partway through, and can be arranged from the start of the course.
