At the end of this 12-week intensive online program you will have the confidence, knowledge and practical skill to lead and manage a project team — inspiring and influencing them to deliver on time and on budget, engaging stakeholders through change, and resolving conflict through effective negotiation and communication.
The program is built on The Leadership Principle's 5R's of Strategic Project Leadership: Recruit, Relationships, Retain, Reskill, Return on Investment.
Live virtual classroom: 3 hours per week. Reading: about 5 hours per week. Assignments: about 3 hours per week. From Session 2, an internship of 1–2 days per week can be introduced (and can be arranged from the start of the course).
