How you manage your time reflects how you manage your life?

We all have the same 24 hours in one day, yet some are more effective than others with their time management.

This practical course provides you with the competencies to effectively plan, prioritise and manage competing priorities of your work tasks. This practical course will enhance your confidence as a leader to better monitor and receive feedback on personal work performance.

This applies to individuals required to design their own work schedules, work plans and establish their priorities. They have responsibilities for the work of others and have some autonomy in relation to their own role.

BSBLDR413 – Lead effective workplace relationships

This unit describes the competencies and outcomes required to effectively develop and lead team cohesion. Strong leadership requires the ability to motivate, mentor, coach and teach to develop high performing teams. Leaders have the role and responsibility to build a bridge between management and its team members.

This practical course to team leaders, supervisors and new or emerging managers where leadership plays a role in developing and maintaining effective workplace relationships in industry or a community context. It requires methods and procedures, for team planning and performance evaluation, leadership and guidance of others.

BSBWHS411 –Implement and monitor Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs.

This is one of the challenges implementing workplace health and safety in organisations. The different tolerance and attitudes people hold towards safety.

This practical course applies to those with the supervisory responsibilities to hold the competencies to implement and monitor an organisation’s work health and safety (WHS) policies, procedures and programs in the relevant work area to meet the legislative requirements. They are expected to Leaders are expected to have the confidence, capability and provide guidance to others so everyone can contribute to creating solutions to problems through analysis and evaluation of information from a variety of sources.
