The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is funded under NSW Government Smart and Skilled Program. This a qualification which can ensure you can confidently ‘step- up’ to leadership in your organisation. Our multiple award winning model with contextualised assessment and industry focused learning materials ensures you develop your knowledge and skills to be ‘leadership ready. Our team of expert facilitators, trainers and coaches ensure you receive the learning support you need to successfully complete your qualification.

ACWE’s The Leadership Principle: Emerging Leaders and Management Program is a 10-12 month program delivered in your workplace two (2) days once a month. A coaching session is provided per participants between the monthly workshops to ensure there is a seamless transition between the workshops and the implementation of the new skills. To manage effectively we have to measure. Each participant begins with various tools to measure where they are right here, right now and which ‘bus’ they will travel to reach their destination ensuring your journey’s success.

Delivery Method

Step 1: First 360 feedback survey – measure your starting point
Step 2: Pre-work information and self-assessment. Setting your aspirational goals
Step 3: individual action planning tool used for monthly coaching sessions
Step 4: Assessment tasks are contextualised to your workplace
Step 5: The results of the survey are incorporated within the assessment tasks
Step 6: There are six individual coaching sessions with ACWE’s dedicated coachers are scheduled throughout the program.
Step 7: The coaching agenda is guided by the individual actin plan to maximise the learning experiences and deliver optimal value to each participant.
A dedicated Mentor from the Leadership is assigned to each participant for the duration of the program
